Because even the best-laid plans (and soap batches) can go a little sideways.
At Feather & Tallow, each bar of soap is handcrafted with care, love, and just a dash of chicken mischief. Due to the nature of our products, we’re not able to accept returns on used or opened soap—nobody wants a pre-sudsed surprise.
That said, we want you to be happy with your order! If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or you believe something's gone awry, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
We offer:

Replacements or store credit for damaged items

Refunds for items that are defective or not as described

A heartfelt apology and a friendly email if the chickens accidentally packed your box (they mean well)
Please email us at featherandtallow@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can sort things out like proper soap-making folk.

We can’t refund shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

We do not offer refunds for personal scent preferences or accidental orders.

All sale and “experimental batch” soaps are final sale.
